OpenWorld Learning Overview

The OpenWorld Learning program turns your child’s school computer lab into a fun and challenging learning community in which students can learn the core skills of the information age – creativity, teamwork, leadership, and advanced computer skills.
When the school day ends, OpenWorld Learning brings in an engaging and creative educational program. The OpenWorld Learning Program serves students in grades 6-8.

The OpenWorld Learning Program is offered 3 hours per day, five days per week (Monday- Friday) from 2:25-5:00 throughout the school year. The program will make snacks available. Students will use the remaining time to design, develop, and present digital projects applicable to each student’s area of expertise or interest.
