In my job I act as a liaison between the school, the parents and the community.  It is my goal to facilitate school involvement in support of educational goals and student achievement.  I coordinate activities of the PAC group and strengthen the capacity of parents to support the learning and development of their children. In my job I am able to assess the needs of parents, develop school-based involvement programs; plan and coordinate activities. I can respond to inquiries from parents and students. I can report and record, meeting agendas. And I am able to maintain integrity and confidentiality with any problems between the parents and the school.
